Returns

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with:

Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Without proof, refund or replacement will not be processed.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of approved return due to our error, replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
