Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with invoice.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased under sale/discount (unless damaged)


Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with:

    • Clear product photos

    • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Without proof, refund or replacement will not be processed.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of approved return due to our error, replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
