Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take additional time.


Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier partner

    • Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

🚚 Delivery time mentioned is estimated, not guaranteed.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD charge.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only.

  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, even in case of return or cancellation.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete address details.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the order:

    • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer

    • No refund will be issued for such cases


Damaged Packages

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

  • For accepted deliveries, damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with:

    • Clear photos

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Without proof, claims will not be entertained.


Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • Customers are advised to track shipments regularly.


Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • In such cases, we will assist from our side but refunds for delays are not applicable.
